Chad grew up being active and playing multiple high school sports. He went on to play CIS football at the University of British Columbia. Chad worked in sport camps, athletic training and was a strength & conditioning coach before becoming a high school teacher. Chad has worked teaching various subjects while specializing in Physical & Health Education and Leadership, which were the focus of his Master of Education degree. Chad has coached various sports and has coached four provincial championships teams in both football and wrestling. Chad’s passion for sport, health and physical literacy is allowing him to work on teacher professional development training, sit on the executive for Physical & Health Education BC, and his local Physical Literacy New West Committee. Personally, Chad loves being active with his family in the great outdoors, coaching his children, and being involved in athletics and sport.
