Jason Qua

Camp Director

Coach Qua was a two-time All American basketball player at Clark University, where he also played golf. He was named the National Scholar Athlete of the Year in Division III by the NABC. He played basketball in Tokyo, Japan after graduating from Clark. Jason has been coaching since 1988 where he started as a counselor at Pine Tree Basketball Clinic in Maine. Along his path there were many stops including 3 years as the assistant basketball coach at Wheaton College, 15 years coaching varsity basketball, 10 years as varsity boys/girls golf coach, 10 years coaching varsity football, and 6 years working as a boy’s youth lacrosse coach. He has run his own basketball camp and continues to run his football clinic in Windsor Locks where he is the head football coach. Jason is a social studies teacher at Windsor Locks High School. He lives in Suffield with his wife Becky Klein and three children- Gabriel, Georgia, and Hazel. His entire family enjoys playing many sports and activities, while maintaining a healthy balanced lifestyle.
