Play It Your Way

Make it easier
  • Downsize the playing area
  • Downsize teams (2v2, 3v3)
  • Allow players to take 3 steps with the ball
  • Play with “safe zone” areas where players cannot be tagged
Make it harder
  • Increase the field size
  • Limit the number of steps with the ball (2 or less)
  • Require minimum number of passes before scoring
  • Add more defenders

Gator Ball or Football, Cones

Description

Capture the Ball is similar to Capture the Flag, but with a Gator Ball or football. Teams work together to steal the ball, protect it, and score while defending their own zone.
