Make it easier
  • Downsize the playing area
  • Downsize teams (2v2, 3v3)
  • Allow players to move with the implement before stopping
  • Allow each team 2–3 possessions before turnovers
Make it harder
  • Require a minimum number of passes before scoring
  • Increase the field size
  • Require non-dominant hand throws
  • Introduce advanced throws (required distance)
