Set-up

Groups huddle together with arms around each other’s shoulders or waists, forming a tight cluster — the “amoeba.”

How to Play

The amoeba must move together as one organism to complete challenges called out by the facilitator: reach the far wall, sit down and stand up, navigate an obstacle. No one can separate from the group.

Rules

Stay connected at all times.
Move slowly.
Listen to the whole group.
No one leads alone.

Keep It Going

Obstacle courses.
Multiple amoebas competing.
Add a "nucleus" — one player in the center who calls directions.
