Set-up

Create four equal squares on the floor. Partners work together with one performing while the other counts repetitions.

How to Play

Participants complete a series of footwork challenges for 15-second intervals before switching roles. Suggested progressions: forward and back, side-to-side slaloms, diagonal patterns, personal challenge rounds. Partners encourage one another to improve throughout.
