Set-up

Participants form groups of three standing single file. Review the three commands before beginning.

How to Play

Switch = front and back players trade places. Change = the entire group turns around and faces the opposite direction. Rotate = front moves to back, middle becomes leader, back moves to middle. Begin marching in place while the facilitator calls commands. Progress to walking then jogging.

Listen carefully.
Move safely.
Stay with your team.
Help teammates who become confused.
