
Rashawn is a former Division I and professional soccer player whose lifelong pursuit of excellence on the field has shaped a dynamic and purpose-driven career beyond it. As an accomplished athlete, Rashawn brings a wealth of experience gained from competing in high-performance, multicultural environments around the world. His relentless journey to achieve his childhood dream taught him how to self-evaluate, self-improve, manage emotions, and build meaningful connections across diverse communities.
Today, Rashawn is a trainer for 2-4-1 Partner the Center for Healing and Justice through Sport (CHJS) and is the founder of RULLA Sports Empowerment, a platform through which he shares the valuable life lessons he’s gained with fellow athletes. Whether through mentoring, workshops, or business ventures, he is committed to empowering the next generation to grow not only in sport but in character, resilience, and purpose.
