Siobhan Boyle is a teacher and coach at The Headwaters School in Austin, Texas, where she also serves as Assistant Athletic Director. A lifelong multi sport athlete, she played soccer, cross country, basketball, and lacrosse throughout high school and has shaped her early career around helping young people find joy in sport.

Siobhan brings a wide knowledge of many sports and meaningful experience from her work in the Greater Hartford region and in Washington DC. She understands how to make sports fun and purposeful for every child and has a real gift for motivating young people to try new activities, build confidence, and stay engaged. Her passion for sport sampling and positive youth development aligns perfectly with the 2-4-1 mission.
